An Important Book for a Critical Time
Format: Kindle Edition
In light our current political climate, this extraordinary book really helped to enlighten me by offering current examples of racism and ridicule that many people are facing today. Johnson's expert use of historical events, blended with her insights of American culture really bring crucial points to light--- for one the imperative need for civil equality & justice in our world. Empowered by the book, I plan on being "Authentic, Accountable & Ambitious (AAA)" per the book's call-to-action.
